This page will guide you on how to Reset your Password if you have forgotten. Requires Secret Q&A and PIN Number to reset the password.

Reset Password:  

Steps to Reset Password:
1.Click on Reset Password button in the login page
2.Enter valid Userid and Image Text and click on Validate button
3.Enter PIN number and click on Validate button.
4.Enter the secret Answer for the corresponding Question and click on Validate button.
5.Enter New Password and Confirm Password and click on Reset button.
The Password will be reset accordingly.

Password Reset Criteria:
Your new password should meet the following criteria.

1. At least 8 Characters length
2. At least one uppercase characters (A through Z)
3. At least one numeric (0 through 9)
4. Non-alphabetic characters (for example @ !, $, #, %)
5. Should not contain last 6 passwords set by you
