IT Service Desk is pleased to announce AD Login Password Reset Service. This service requires your Secret Q&A and the PIN number . Login to the portal and click on Secret Question & Answer,PIN & Change password to generate PIN and Secret Q& A.

Reset Password:

Requires secret Q&A and PIN Number to reset the password.

Steps to Reset Password, Click on Reset Password button in the login page:

1. Enter valid Userid and Image Text and click on Validate button

2. Enter PIN number and click on Validate button

3. Enter the secret Answer for the corresponding Question and click on Validate button

4. Enter New Password and Confirm Password and click on Reset button.

The Password will be reset accordingly.

Account Unlock:

Requires Secret Q&A and PIN Number to Unlock the Account.

Steps to Unlock the Account, Click on Account Unlock button in the login page:

1. Enter valid Userid and Image Text and click on Validate button

2. Enter PIN number and click on Validate button

3. Enter the secret Answer for the corresponding Question and click on Validate button.

The Account will be Unlocked if it is locked and message will be displayed.
