Steps to Unlock the Account

1 Enter domain, valid Userid and Image Text and click on Validate button

2 Enter PIN number and click on Validate button

3 Enter the secret Answer for the corresponding Question and click on Validate button.

This will unlock your account if it is locked.

Click on Account Unlock button in the login page
